Working as a Physiotherapist for the NHS for several years, I finally decided to quit my job, pack my bags and start my next adventure.
Joining me on this trip of a lifetime is Simon, my boyfriend (and behind the scenes IT guy!)
We are travelling across South America, visiting: Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia.
